Software Consultant

With the growth of our company, we are looking for an enthusiastic Software Consultant to join our team! As a software consultant, you will be the driving force behind optimal service and the success of our software solutions.

In this role, you will act as the key link between our customers and the software developers. You have a talent for identifying the customer's wishes and needs and looking for the perfect solution. You then translate this into a clear explanation that makes even the most complex concepts understandable. Together with your team - consisting of Consultancy, Helpdesk and Sales - you ensure that users can work with our solutions with pleasure and satisfaction.

You will be responsible for the smooth implementation of the software package at our customers. This means talking to them, identifying their needs and discovering how our software can best support them. You have strong analytical and communication skills, and you stay calm and focused, even during the busiest periods. With your great sense of responsibility, you ensure that every project is completed successfully.

• You are the key link between the customer and software developer;
• Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for identifying and registering requests;
• Implementation of the software package.

• HBO working and thinking level;
• Fluency in the English language;
• An independent attitude;
• A service-oriented attitude, with an eye for commerce;
• Affinity with ICT and horticulture is a plus;
• Knowledge of Power BI and system administration are a plus;
• A driving license B, to be able to visit customers.
