International Supervisor

As supervisor of Mobile Cultivation Systems, you coordinate projects on site, worldwide. From the preparation phase, you are involved in the project team and on site you are the one who ensures flawless execution. You are the central point of contact for customers, subcontractors and other parties. Your tasks are mainly focused on organising, planning and directing. This includes coordinating the receipt of materials on site, managing subcontractors and monitoring safety, quality and planning. All with one goal: a satisfied customer! In addition, you continuously stay abreast of developments in the market and the latest technologies in mobile cultivation systems. Your curiosity and interest in innovations make all the difference.

• Global responsibility: You will coordinate projects on site at home and abroad.

• Organisation and coordination: Materials, work and safety measures. have in the field of electrical engineering;
• Quality assurance: You keep a close eye on progress, safety and quality.

• Experience and independent organisational talent at MBO+/HBO working and thinking level.
• Excellent helicopter view and understanding of project management.
• Ability to think ahead and identify and act on risks in a timely manner.
• Affinity with horticulture and a technical background.
• Customer-oriented and strong in leadership.
• Flexible and willing to travel extensively and spend extended periods abroad.
