Hello, my name is Barbara, and I work as a hostess at KUBO Sustainable Greenhouses on Vlotlaan in Monster. As a hostess, I am the first point of contact for our visitors. I make sure that everyone who enters our premises immediately feels welcome. Whether they are customers, suppliers or colleagues: I find it important to create a warm and professional atmosphere.
My work is incredibly varied. Besides receiving guests, I also arrange many practical matters behind the scenes. Think, for example, of organising meetings, managing the reception and supporting colleagues where necessary. No day is the same, and that's what makes it so much fun!
What do I like most about my job? The contact with people. KUBO is a dynamic company with an international feel, and I get the chance to meet people from all over the world. It's great to be part of a team working together on innovative solutions in the horticultural sector.
